Mark each parcel good or damaged when you pack it and when it comes back. Spot defects early.
See outgoing and returning parcels side by side. Returns are matched by AWB, or by the original AWB if the return gets a new one.
Recording starts the moment you scan an order. No clicks and no manual work at the packing table.
Encrypted storage with role-based access and a full audit trail.
A USB webcam is enough. Or link a phone once with a QR code: it scans barcodes into the AWB field and can replace the webcam. No extra equipment to buy.
Scan and capture
Use the station camera, or use a phone as the scanner and the camera. Watch each one below.
Your station camera reads the barcode on the shipping label, so nobody types an AWB and nobody mistypes one.
On by default. Admins can switch it off in Settings, under Capture rules.

Truvnto records a short video of each order as it is packed and saves it under the Order ID. When a courier rejects your claim, type the Order ID / AWB to open the exact video, instead of digging through hours of CCTV.
Every parcel is recorded and saved under its Order ID / AWB. If a courier says a parcel was damaged, lost or tampered with, or an RTO parcel comes back empty or swapped, you have video of exactly what you handed over.
Regular CCTV records all day, and you search it by time, camera by camera. Truvnto starts a clip the moment you scan an order and tags it, so you can find it instantly by Order ID or AWB.
No. A standard USB webcam on your packing PC is enough. You can also use your phone as the camera or as a barcode scanner. No special hardware needed.
Yes. Link your phone once with a QR code. After that it connects to your packing station by itself, scans barcodes into the AWB field, and can also act as the camera. If one station is already using the phone, a second station can't take it over mid-recording.
When you record a return, you can enter the original AWB. Truvnto links the return to its packing video by the return's own AWB first, then the original AWB, then the order ID.
MP4 or WebM. Your admin picks the format in Settings. If a browser can't record MP4, Truvnto records WebM instead and tells the packer, so a recording is never blocked.
Yes. Admins add each box with its length, breadth and height, plus photos of the measurements. Packers then pick the box before scanning the AWB.
Yes. Every person gets one of three roles. Admins see the whole company and manage billing and settings. Supervisors see every recording in their own warehouses and can add and manage packers there. Packers see only the parcels they recorded themselves.
No. Credit you add never expires. It is used oldest-first, and a full ledger lists every entry, so nothing is deducted silently.
